The Shops at Park Lane proudly welcomes you back to the center as our retailers and restaurants begin to safely reopen. We’ve added some new procedures to ensure your shopping experience is a safe and stress-free one.

Although The Shops at Park Lane is an open-air center, all of our employees are required to wear personal protective equipment. Visitors and shoppers are also required to wear PPE per Dallas County.

Seating throughout The Park located between Starbucks and Zoës Kitchen has been reorganized to support the CDC’s social distancing guidelines. You may also find benches throughout the center but we encourage social distancing when utilizing them.

While visiting The Shops at Park Lane, you will find signage serving as friendly reminder on CDC safety practices while navigating throughout the center.

We have placed social distancing signage on the interior and exterior of our elevators, as well as throughout the center in effort to encourage social distancing while visiting our retailers and restaurants.

We are limiting the capacity to 2 people per elevator, which is indicated by the “feet” floor clings installed in the elevator cabin.

We’ve increased our regular cleaning of common high-touch areas throughout the center.

If you need to visit the restroom, you’ll notice we’ve added CDC hand washing instructions per operational sink and temporarily closed off every other restroom stall and sink to allow for safe social distancing.
