The Shops at Park Lane and Dallasites101 invites you to a Workout at the Park led by Studio 6 Fitness! Get sweaty with us this fall and winter!
Beginners are welcome. Please wear sneakers and bring your own mat and water! This workout will be a revolutionary twist on traditional Pilates using the Lagree Method. Expect 50 minutes of calorie burning, total body conditioning.
To ensure health safety, spots are limited so please register via Eventbrite HERE. In lieu of a participation fee, we’d greatly appreciate if you’d bring canned food that we will donate to the North Texas Food Bank.

Our upcoming workout will be held in The Park at The Shops at Park Lane located between Starbucks and Zoës Kitchen. Following workouts will be hosted in the large grass area behind Zoes Kitchen and I Love Juice Bar. All guests will receive a complimentary gift bags with a few goodies including hand sanitizer. - Yoga/Workout Mat
- Tennis Shoes.
- Water.

What to Expect in a Class with Studio 6 Fitness:
Classes are 50-minutes and incorporate 20–25 high intensity, low-impact movements designed to push your muscles to the point of fatigue. Movements are controlled and transitions are quick to keep your heart rate up. Workouts are designed to incorporate 6 essential elements for total body wellness: core, strength, balance, flexibility, endurance, and spirit.
What to Expect Post-Workout with Studio 6 Fitness:
Many first-time clients may experience muscle soreness over the next few days, especially if you don’t do a Pilates-style workout regularly. You may find muscles that you didn’t even know you had will be sore, but it’s a good thing!
