Situated in The Shops at Park Lane, the Art Institute of Dallas, a branch of Miami International University of Art and Design, is a design, media arts, fashion, and culinary school that offers a range of bachelor’s and associate’s degree programs. Classrooms are spacious, studios equipped with the related software and hardware needed; professional kitchens and both Mac and PC computer labs accentuate this productive learning atmosphere. There’s also a library resource center, student gallery, student deli, art supply store, staff and faculty offices, and a restaurant operated by senior level culinary students. Each Dallas degree program is offered year-round on a quarter system and carefully structured with support through Program Advisory Committees made up of members of the professional community. With more than 30 locations in major cities throughout North America, the Art Institutes System of schools has provided career-oriented education programs for more than 35 years and boast more than 140,000 alumni.

The Culinary School is also home to The Chef’s Gallery Restaurant were the menus are created by chef instructors and prepared by culinary students.
